Return Policy

At Vitelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags/seals intact.
- Must not show signs of wear or tampering.
- Proof of purchase (order number) required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Medical wear and intimate apparel (safety reasons).
- Opened or used beauty/body care items.
- Products with broken seals.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards or digital products.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email info@vitelle.store within 30 days.
- Details: Include order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Label: We review and send a prepaid return label + instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Package securely and drop off at the carrier.
Do not send items back without authorization.
4. Return Shipping
Free Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within the US. Prepaid labels are provided via email.
Vitelle is not responsible for items lost during return transit, so please keep your tracking number.
5. Refund Process
Once received and inspected (typically 1-2 days), we will email you. If approved, your refund is processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless our error).
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vitelle.store with photos. We will resolve this with a replacement, refund, or store credit. Return shipping is free.
8. Wrong Item Received
Contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no cost and provide a label to return the incorrect one.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in 10 days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card issuer (posting processing time varies).
- If still missing, contact us.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned upon receipt.
11. Restocking Fees
Vitelle does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns meeting our policy criteria.
12. International Orders
We currently only ship within the US. No international returns accepted.
